Financial Customer Conference: August 23

The Eighth Annual Financial Customer Conference is quickly approaching. Please join us on Wednesday, August 23, from 8:30 AM-3:30 PM, at the Spartanburg Marriott in Spartanburg, SC. The conference is for governmental agencies using QS/1’s financial software solutions and is an opportunity to learn about current features and future enhancements in development, as well as how to get the most out of the tools available within the software.

The conference begins with presentations that focus on software enhancements from previous releases and continues with an overview of things to come. Additional sessions highlight best practices and provide tips and tricks to help with day-to-day activities. The conference will end with roundtable discussions on Finance and Utility Billing, giving you the perfect opportunity to network with your peers and discuss issues affecting your industry.


The Expo hall will be open from 7:30 AM-2 PM to provide an opportunity to talk one-on-one with QS/1 representatives. Workstations will be available to demonstrate features discussed during conference sessions. Breakfast and lunch will also be provided.

Summer Sewer Rates

Do your customers use additional water in the summer to grow gardens, fill swimming pools or for other activities that don’t send additional water into your sewer system? If so, you can take advantage of Utility Billing's rate features to calculate special summer sewer rates. Select File Maintenance, Control File Maintenance, Rates.

Several calculation methods are available, including averages for a specific date range, maximums, minimums or flat amounts to accommodate your utility’s summer rate schedules. If you would like to take advantage of this feature, contact QS/1 Governmental Support at 800.235.0762.
